Sales Development Representative

PIX Robotics is a business process automation platform. Our software robots take over repetitive work such as data entry, reconciliations, reporting, document processing, and moving information between systems. We help companies reduce manual work, errors, delays, and operational costs.

The Sales Development Representative is often the first meaningful point of contact between PIX and a potential client. The quality of our sales pipeline depends on your ability to identify relevant companies, understand their business context, reach the right people, and start conversations that lead to qualified meetings.

This is not a role for sending the same template to hundreds of contacts.

What you will do

  • Research target companies and decision-makers across Latin America
  • Understand where repetitive processes exist and where automation could create value
  • Start conversations through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
  • Personalize outreach based on the company, industry, role, and likely business challenges
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently on every active lead

What we need

  • Practical experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, or business development
  • You know how to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers
  • You communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups and CRM records

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of automation, RPA, or digital transformation
  • Experience with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience working with Brazilian companies or prospects
  • Portuguese — a plus as we expand into Brazil
  • Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome to apply

Language requirements

Spanish — native or bilingual proficiency. Required for client communication across Latin America.

English — professional working proficiency. Required for internal team communication, meetings, and documentation.

Portuguese — a plus. We are expanding into Brazil, and experience with Brazilian companies or prospects is an advantage.

During your first months, you will be expected to:

  • Learn how PIX creates value for companies
  • Understand our priority industries and target customer profiles
  • Build a consistent outbound prospecting routine
  • Generate relevant conversations with potential clients
  • Create a stable flow of qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain a clean and reliable CRM pipeline
