Partner Development Manager
--Remote · Latin America--
PIX Robotics is a business process automation platform. Our software robots automate
repetitive work — data entry, reconciliations, reporting, document processing, and
moving information between business systems.
We help companies improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and free employees
from repetitive manual work. PIX is now expanding across Spanish-speaking LATAM
and Brazil through direct sales and a strong regional partner network.
The goal is not to collect signed agreements that remain inactive.
The goal is to build productive partnerships that generate opportunities,
implementations, and revenue.
What you will do
- Research and identify potential partners across Latin America
- Build relationships with integrators, consultants, ERP partners, and resellers
- Analyze each partner's business model, client portfolio, and commercial priorities
- Develop a relevant cooperation model and explain how PIX fits their portfolio
- Onboard new partners: product, value prop, sales process, and target profiles
- Track meetings, agreements, opportunities, and next steps in the CRM
What we need
- 1–3 years in partner development, channel sales, alliances, or B2B bizdev
- Understanding of how partnerships create commercial value
- Ability to evaluate partner relevance and understand their business model
- Confident in presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Spanish (required) + English (required)
- Organized and disciplined with CRM records
Nice to have
- Background in software, consulting, automation, ERP, or systems integration
- Existing relationships in the LATAM technology partner ecosystem
- Experience developing partnerships or conducting business in Brazil
- Portuguese — a plus as we expand into Brazil

What success looks like
During your first months, you will be expected to:
- Understand the PIX partner model and product value proposition.
- Map the relevant partner ecosystem across priority LATAM markets.
- Build a qualified pipeline of potential partners.
- Start productive conversations with relevant decision-makers.
- Onboard new partners with clear responsibilities and next steps.
- Help partners identify their first client opportunities.
- Build a transparent and manageable partner pipeline in the CRM.
