B2B Sales Manager

PIX Robotics is a business process automation platform. Our software robots automate
repetitive work — data entry, reconciliations, reporting, document processing, and
moving information between systems.
We help companies reduce operational costs, improve speed and accuracy, and free
employees from repetitive manual work. We are expanding direct sales across
Spanish-speaking LATAM and Brazil.
You are not simply selling software features. You are helping a client understand
where repetitive processes create costs, errors, delays, and operational risk —
and connecting those problems with a solution that creates measurable business value.
What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close
- Conduct structured discovery meetings with potential clients
- Identify where automation can reduce manual work, costs, errors, or operational risk
- Build business cases that demonstrate measurable financial and operational value
- Present and defend commercial proposals, handle objections, and lead negotiations
- Keep CRM accurate: stages, values, probabilities, next steps, expected close dates
What we need
- Mid-level B2B salesperson with a proven sales cycle track record
- Experience carrying a sales target and accountability for revenue
- Sold technology, software, consulting, or complex B2B solutions
- Consultative approach: discovery first, not product pitching
- Spanish (required) + English (required)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Nice to have
- Experience in automation, ERP, financial processes, or digital transformation
- Industry specialization in a relevant vertical
- Experience selling to or working with companies in Brazil
- Portuguese — a plus as we expand into Brazil

What success looks like
During your first months, you will be expected to:
- Learn the PIX product, business cases, and implementation model.
- Understand our priority customer profiles and industries.
- Build a clear pipeline development plan.
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations.
- Develop business cases that demonstrate measurable value.
- Move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain disciplined CRM records.
- Close new business and build a foundation for expansion within existing accounts.
